For Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available within Metro Manila only, and will have an additional delivery charge of P120*. The store will process your order once received, and they will get in touch with you when the scheduled delivery in your area is. Returns & Exchange:
Per store policy, all discounted priced items are considered final, and replacement due to change of mind is not allowed. However, special cases that allow for exchange are as follow:
1. Electronic items delivered are defective
2. Parcel has been opened or damaged prior delivery
The policy lasts seven (7) business days from the date the customer receives the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with prepaid shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The store may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return. They will only be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred if the items shipped are different from the ones you ordered.
