National Book Store’s Grand Back to School Fair is your one-stop shop to prepare children and their families for the school year. Plus get enjoy special offers, learn creative techniques, and get a chance to win cool prizes — all in one event!
MECHANICS:
- The raffle promo is open to all the customers who will join the National Book Store Grand Back to School Fair from May 24 to 26, 2019 at Glorietta 2 Activity Center, Palm Drive.
- To earn raffle entries, the customers must: • Complete the event flyer stamps by visiting each booth = 1 raffle coupon • For every P100 single receipt purchase = 1 raffle coupon
- Customer must present his official receipt and/or completed event flyer stamp to the customer service representative to get his raffle coupon/s. The customer must fill out the raffle entry with his complete name, address, e-mail address, contact number, and affix signature and drop at drop box located at the customer service area. Deadline of submission of entries will be at 10:00 PM on May 26, 2019.
- Promo prizes as follows: • 30 winners of P1,000 worth of school supplies • 6 winners of P5,000 worth of National Book Store Gift Card
• 3 winners of P10,000 worth of National Book Store Gift Card
- Customers may only win once. If a name is drawn more than once he/she gets the prize of higher value.
- National Book Store will notify the winners via registered mail as proof of winning.
- The prizes cannot be converted to cash, but is transferable to any person of legal age appointed by the winner/s.
- The winners must (a) present the winning stub, valid IDs with photo and the registered mail notification upon claiming of prizes; (b) winners should claim the prizes within 60 days from the receipt of the registered mail. Prize/s not claimed within 60 days from the receipt of the registered mail will be forfeited in favor of National Book Store Inc. with prior approval from DTI; (c) claim the prizes at National Book Store, Glorietta 1 branch (d) Winner/s who fail to secure the claiming stub must issue a legal affidavit of loss to be presented upon claiming of prize/s.
- National Book Store is authorized by the winners to disclose and publish winners name, photos and other particulars determined by National Book Store to any person/s and in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
- Employees of National Book Store and partner vendors including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
